I dont appreciate someone trying to sell me service that I'm not there for. this happened years ago, and I now remember why I quit going. high pressure sells. the guys were very friendly though.

I took my car in for an oil change and state inspection several weeks ago and they told me I needed to replace 2 of my tires to pass. So I did. Them left and the next day one of the tires had a bulge and I took back after I put my spare on. They replaced and I am now having to go back again today because my car is shaking badly and thre tire indicator light is on again! Do not go there!

I originally had a great experience here... until they lied and tried to get me to spend $1,400 to replace my shocks. It didn’t make any sense so I went to two other auto places to get a quote and all that needed to be done was rotating the tires. They take advantage of women who don’t know much about cars. So please get a second opinion somewhere else and don’t let them take advantage of you.

I was the only customer at the shop for nearly 35 minutes waiting for my inspection to be done. No one came in and said anything to me whatsoever the whole time. When I asked to get something from my car, I noticed that the inspection had been printed and it was just sitting there on the dashboard, no one was handling my car at the time. I went outside to take a phone call, no one was serving my car the entire time on a 20 min phone call. I go back to my car to put stuff back into it there was no one servicing the car. I finally asked what was going on and they proceeded to scrutinize my entire car top to bottom. One of the employees decided I needed a lecture on Catalytic Converters. Wouldn’t stop talking even after I said I was aware of the problem. I told them everything that was wrong with the car before they even touched it, made me wait over an hour for “results”, charged me for the “diagnostic” that I literally gave them the results of. My point is that they just wanted my money. If the man that helped me was an honest person, he would not have told me the diagnostic was necessary. I hate to assume the worst but I am a female and I felt like that was a predetermined mindset that I don’t know anything about the car I’m driving. Once I commented on the wait time and the unnecessary diagnostic and denied the (extreme) charges for additional service, he got very short with me. He called another employee to pull the car around and the employee yelled, “What?! Are you kidding me?” Like they had just lost out of a big ticket idiot. The additional diagnostic charge was completely unnecessary and SHOULD have been addressed after the inspection failed. Which by the way failed on the strangest thing (one part was valid and is a $12 repair mind you) that I have ever been told. I’ve been driving since I was 14 years old...know what an inspection requires! After denying the additional service and checking out my (supposed to be $7.50 inspection bill) new, unexpected $157.80 bill, the employee at the register no longer spoke to me and the employee that pulled my car out of the bay literally FLUNG my door open and walked away. Not only would I like my money back, but I would love to tell everyone I know to NEVER go to this auto repair shop. Terrible service, poor customer service, sexist, and terrible time management.

The staff were beyond professional and they instantly informed me of specials that were taking place and got started on my car immediately. For a walk in visit I was beyond impressed at the speed and efficiency of these great people. I've been a loyal customer for years with all of my vehicles in tow.

They told me 100 for a diagnostic after I told them I was broke then I told them "nah man it's fine I'll figure it out" he tells me I said that's fine. They cut everything but it's fine from the audio.... or they just said that's what I said I dont know but they wont let anyone hear the audio...this place is greasy and will weasel you out of your money any way they can.
